Surplus OS Ultimate

Surplus OS Ultimate is a free operating system environment made in Batch (the Windows Command Prompt scripting language), complete with a BIOS and virtual machine infrastructure.

Surplus OS Ultimate and it's virtual machine makes use of third-party code, ALL licenses and readmes are included near or next to those pieces of software, with an extra "Notice" text file, detailing changes made (if any), a link to the original work(s), links to the license (full and simple versions), and the full license as of the download of the software.

This software is supported on Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit) or higher, and partially supported on Windows Vista (32-bit and 64-bit).
