Minor updates and fixes

Fixes grammatical mistakes and single instance check (so multiple can't be ran at the same time)
Added and changed responses to make more sense
Changed close behavior to have Texty close itself after clicking close 2 or more times (or if you respond to it) [ Added from Feedback ]
Added more apps to "open", "run", "switch to", etc. "command" (Zoom, Discord, Windows Calculator (instead of the "calc" shorthand), Sourcetree)
Changed "give me a nickname" response depending on the input
